With over 20 years of consultative selling and business experience, my specialized skills in finance and negotiation have proven to be extremely successful for my real estate clientele. Carefully listening to clients' individual needs and guiding them at their own pace allows for a sense of comfort and control in what can otherwise be a stressful process. I believe that honesty and communication, together with a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market are the heart of every successful transaction. My specialties include:
- Helping first time home buyers take advantage of the current window of opportunity in California real estate. I guide my clients through the process taking time to educate them on the market, the process and home ownership. I am knowledgeable about all loan programs and city assistance programs.
- I also help financially struggling homeowners with "short sales" - selling their homes before foreclosure.
- Finally I work with investors finding them investment properties with a positive cash flow.
An East Bay resident for the past 30 years, I work with clients in Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, Alameda, Emeryville, El Cerrito and Richmond.
